PG to Nursery
  • Admissions are open to PG to Nursery for children falling within the age group between 3 years 6 months on 1st April of the academic year.
  • Admission for other classes (KG to XII) depending on available vacancy, will start in the last week of March.
The Procedure is as follows:
  • Registration forms will be made available at the school office for a period which will be notification on the school notice board. The Registration forms should be returned to the office duly filled by a specified date / notified on the Notice Board and follow the instructions of the office.
  • The Registration forms should be submitted along with:
    (i) An attested copy of Date of Birth certificate from :
    (A) The Maternity Hospital.
    (B) Parivar Register Copy
    (ii) 3 latest Passport-size photographs.
  • Candidate (KG to XII) will apply for admission on the prescribed pre-admission form along with the photocopy of passed Report-card of previous class.
  • On the basis of test and interview candidates will be short-list.

Withdrawal
Application for Transfer Certificate must be made on the prescribed form available from the office. A clear calendar month's notice of withdrawal from the school must be given. If a child is withdrawn without notice, one month's fee will be charged in lieu of notice.

  • Transfer certificates will be issued only after clearance signatures have been obtained from all departments.
  • However, in case of a student of Class XI or XII leaving after the commencement of the first session, one quarter of school fees shall be payable before applying for a T.C.
  • Payment of fees, both at the time of admission as well as withdrawal, shall be payable in cash only.
  • A Student repeating a Class for two consecutive years will have to be withdrawn from the School.

School Fees
  • Fees must be deposited Quarterly (as in the fee book) in the school office.
  • Fees collection at the school will be from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
  • Students who do not pay the fees according to the dates mentioned in the fee book will have their names struck-off the rolls Readmission will be done at the discretion of the Principal on payment of re-admission charges.
  • All those, who get fee concession including the teacher’s wards must deposit the fees at the school counter in cash payment.
  • Student withdrawn from the school during the Academic year without notice of with drawl to the college will be required to pay the fees for the whole term, before issuing the T.C. or re-admission can be considered.
  • No student will be allowed to appear for the examination & no report card will be given unless all dues have been cleared.
  • If a fee book is 1st a duplicate will be available at school office for.a fee of Rs. 25/- parents are requested to be attentive while filling in the fee deposit slip to avoid any inconvenience that might be caused due to incorrect enteries.
  • Note:- Fee for the whole Academic year may also be deposited in advance i.e. by 15 th of may.

Parents Guidelines
  • Check the diary daily of your ward after coming from school.
  • Co-operate your ward in Completing home work.
  • Investigate all the things of your ward after coming back from school if he/she comes with any thing, return to school on time.
  • If your ward becomes sick, inform in written to the school.
  • If any student does not reach his home till one hour after leaving the school inform that to school hence it could be taken proper action.
  • Guardians are not allowed to go in class during school hours contact to the principal in office.
  • Send your ward to school in neat and clean dress timely.
  • Put the name slip on the lunch box when you give the lunch box to your ward.
  • If any student does not follow the discipline of school, then his name will be deducted from Register.
  • Guardians will provide Co-operation in keeping discipline of students and will provide their view to school time to time.
  • If any students does not come till one week without any information, name of that student will be deducted by name deducting student passes out in admission process again.
  • Student are the symbols of reverence of school their character should be good every where out of school also it should not be hurted to the school Guardians keep attention for that.
  • Guardians should be in contact to the school management regularly.

  • Blazer is compulsory for all.
  • Prescribed shade of T-Shirt with white Pant/Skirt, White canvas shoes with socks, school Belt is required to wear on every saturday.

Transport
BUS FEE
  • Bus fee is to be paid along with the school fee for students availing of the service. Fee for eleven months has to be paid in a year. Once the facility is availed of, it cannot be withdrawn during the academic session. Full year fee is to be paid in case of withdrawal in the middle of the session.
RULES TO BE FOLLOWED:-
  • Students are expected to wait on the left side of the bus on the road. Buses will not wait for latecomers.
  • Drivers are authorized to stop at designated stops only unless directed otherwise by the bus in-charge (teacher).
  • The list of stops is prepared keeping in view the convenience and safety of commuters and may be changed by the school authorities if necessary.
  • Students should not move about when the bus is in motion.
  • Students will be held responsible for any damage caused due to negligence or acts of vandalism.
  • Unruly behaviour, shouting should be strictly avoided.
  • The bus in-charge (teacher) and bus monitors are responsible for maintaining discipline, and any serious offence must be reported to the Principal.

General Rules of Discipline
  • The principal may chastise a student for habitual idleness, disobedience or misconduct injurious to the moral tone of the school, by detention after class hours or by other minor punishments or ask him to discontinue if he is guilty of serious matters.
  • Students are to contribute to the high standard of the academy by their manners and general good behaviour. Hence for the smooth running of the academy no student should bring to academy any object liable to prove a source of disturbance.
  • As for as pasture 1 cleanliness, silence, politeness, honesty, attention to work and respect to teachers and companions are concerned the academy should be looked upon as a pace for reverence and discipline.
  • Absolute silence must be mentioned at all places during the teaching hours, computer room the general assembly or on thee-way to and from the class room.
  • Students should keep their classes and the academy compound spotlessly dean using the bins provided for waste paper and rubbish.
  • Students are not allowed to visit staff room without prior permission of either the principal or the teachers.
  • The general assembly is the most important part of the academy day. Every student should be present to begin the day with prayer to god and listen to the important announcements. At the first bell all must form in classes immediately for the assembly where they will pray in common and move silently to their classroom.
  • They should be friendly courteous and co-operatly towards other students of the academy, treating everyone with respect and conducting them selves in a dignified manner.
  • Students can always approach the principal individually for any reasonable or sympathetic consideration but not collectively.
  • Students repeatedly coming late or forgetting to bring books or coming without the proper uniform may be punished or send back home.

Parents-Teachers meeting
  • Parent-Teacher Meeting are held regularly.
  • Parents I Guardians are requested to make use of this opportunity to meet the teachers and discuss the progress of their children. This will enable the teacher to understand the children better and consequently pay special attention to their needs.
  • These meeting are contact meeting because the academy. Teachers and parents are involved in the education of the child. These are also occasion for the parents to let the teacher know that they do care for his her effort and the progress of their child. They can always helps the progress of the institution by way of suggestion, guidance and specially by their co-operation and collaboration.
  • As far as possible all requests to meet the teacher to discus the principal’s permission is needed to meet the teachers in the academy.
